New Web Based Email - Lost Emails

My Inbox was cleared out from yesterday 2/9, none of these emails in Trash or Spam.
Folders with in My Folders are listed but many many emails missing.
I am getting some folders in My Folders saying "lost-f8be90f18653fb20446962f178c46810"

After 1 hour on phone with Comcast, no resolution and they don't have a clue what is going on, including being disconnected once.
