cannot access email

Cannot access my newest email address which is with Xfinity Connect.  But my other 5 emails, in the older format, I have no problem accessing.  Have asked Comcast to return my new email to old format, but they say they are unable.  I too will be switching to another email provider if this issue with their new format does not get resolved soon.  Can't run my business this way.
