Cannot sign in to Savings Catcher and Walmart.com are text only

Savings catcher looks correct until I try to log in, then is text only and does not work. The text says "This site has chosen an SSL Certificate to improve Web site security." at the bottom of the page.
Walmart.com does not load properly, is text only.
