3 hours on phone yesterday to try and access email. Conversation ended with they will call me when fixed (a level 3 person needed)
This morning I can access email -- but since its been days since I did, I now have over 400 messages.Began to work on deleting these, but message came up that trash was full. So I emptied the trash and folder showed empty.
Went back to inbox -- but seem to be stuck in loop that messages cant be deleted because trash is full. And trashed messages come back.
What am I supposed to do -- I only have 400 messages in inbox today??? How many will there be tomorrow or the next day, before you fix what is going on?
Phone calls don't help because no one can fix it -- I can't spend 3 hours on phone trying to rsolve.
