can't log in to comcast email

I just keep getting the cannot reach this page error, can't even log in to my email account for several days now. Why am I paying so much for so little? My Xfinity internet had been slow for a few weeks until I did an Xfinity speed test and then all of a sudden there was no problem with speed. Something fishy going on?
