Can't access e-mail

When trying to log on my mail, it continually ciircles unitil it goes back to Xfinity homepage. The new email program seems to have a lot of bugs in it, because it's down more than usable. Their cost for sevice continually increases, but their eervices declines, so something is wrong there...or at least, for the customer.
