xfinity is playing with the email system again and this is not the first time

 

My service seems to be getting worse. Today they sent me a letter telling me for so many more dollars I can get a gig and much faster service.

The service has been going in the other direction.  I have had trouble with my email before around October 2016.  Why did they play with the email?  It was just fine and I did not see any major improvement that has made my life any more efficient.  If anything my service is worse and more aggravating.

 

And here is an idea!  when you start tinkering with your services why not let your technical support people know what you are up to so they can respond to their customers who are experiencing trouble, but I guess that would be the intelligent thing to do.
