Cannot Access "MY ACCOUNTS" to manage email accounts

Over 2 weeks with Ticket number to resolve. Have spoken and chat with too many to count at this point (different answer/oppinion from almost everyone... they really actually have no clue.. many keep saying it is an outage related problem that they are working on? For over 2 weeks? If this was you,, at your job.. you would have been fired by now). I am trapped with Comcast.. need the sports package.. all my emails are Comcast.. and they know it (I need an alternative to this crap company that gets almost 200.00 from me every friggin month) I just needed to rant.. I have many more issues with Comcast over the years.. Can anyone suggest an alternative to these mopes that has everything?
