Emails not coming in; not syncing

Stopped receiving emails on 19/19. I get a receipt notification sound on phone but emails are not coming. Before this happened, I had numerous sent emails that errored and would not send; I had not sent any of these emails!!!! HELP. emails are part of my livelihood.
