Email is still having issues; won't send or receive emails.  I recieve the same error message his has been happening intermittently for the past month.  The lack of communication regarding this problem is ridiculous.  Notify your customers what is broken, plan to fix it and a timeline to expect the problem to be resolved.  It shouldn't be the customer/s responsibility to keep submitting these comments....without any response or worse yet the problem keeps happening.
