can't log into email, but logged into account

I am successfully logged into the account, but every time I click on email link it loops back to home page. I've tried multiple browsers, have cleared cache, history, etc on ALL broswers and the same thing happens. Same on mobile app on phone.
Really ANNOYING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
