Email won't load in INBOX, Error says "502 Proxy Error"

My Comcast email format looks different today and now my INBOX will not load any of my emails. After spinning for a while an error pops up saying "502 Proxy Error". Please note that my other comcast email has the old format and there is no issue with that INBOX.
