People not receiving my Emails

Since this past July I started having problems with people not receiving my Emails. Comcast worked on the problem and tells me it is fixed, it continues to happen to several Emails I send and I am at my wits END with Comcast. I have 3 tickets outstanding, I made my last call on Friday, September 30th, customer service gave me a ticket number and I am still waiting to hear from someone in the technical department.
