server unavailable

This is so frustrating. Comcast is getting more and more unreliable. When I try to update via my smart phone, I get the message that the server is temporarily unavailable. I have an increasing number of messages that do not go out while using my laptop even though the messages show as sent. I can send using my smartphone but cannot attach files that are on my computer.
