Was only able to access one account today to pay a bill...site timed out while processing. Even though I got a confirmation email, I have no way to verify this went through because the site wouldn't function halfway through the verification process and

people are saying it's been hacked! What's the deal?!?!?! Site has been non-operable, only able to get the intial page 20% of the times I tried, but I haven't been able to access since. No error page comes up, but it finally timed out after 15 minutes of trying to load the page.
