FWIW There is alot of talk that this is a coordinated cyberattack from Iranian interests. That it affected US banking and Telecom.

I googled chase cyberattack and there are a number of articles within the last week regarding elevated cyber attack warning and current attacks for US banks (Chase and Bank of America). It involves DDOS (denial of service) with customer sites. It is thought to be a counterattack for the Stuxnet virus that was used against Iranian nuclear sites. Some of the more detailed articles state that this is the second phase and more is expected.
