Unable to browse or edit cart

today is the 5th day that I'm having trouble with the site. I tired in 3 different browers (& devices) and the app itself but still unable to browse, edit basically navigate anything. Called customer service and they have no idea what I'm talking about. Is anyone experiencing this?
