Comcast out at our Business - patients cannot reach medical office or doctors!

Comcast is totally out at ProMedica Clinic, 361 N. Third Avenue and has been since around noon today. Patients trying to get medical care cannot get in touch with us or speak to doctors.  When calling the phone number, 901-526-7695, it says the line has been disconnected.  We've been on hold for sometime trying to talk to someone.  We have not been able to use the automatic call forward - have not been able to activitate given the issues.  This is URGENT.  We need a resolution.  It's not only affecting our ability to do business, it is impacting medical care for those who need it.  Please contact Lloyd with an update and provide any help you can with the calls that are dropping off.  Patients could think we're out of business given the response from Comcast on this.  Our Business Account Number is 8396521656278355.
