I was sent a Costco card by you that you do not recogize. I tried online and nothing would satisfy your computer system. Then I went to the phone as you suggest and was put on hold for 87 minutes before I hung up. Now in the middle of the night I get the same camn excuse -- we will be with you soon. Bull s!*t.
No email to handle the problem --you are sorry to keep me waiting -- just crap. No one needs to be on hold with a Bank for an hour and a half and no response except for your stupid music. I now have been on hold for 25 minutes at 10 pm. Bull s!*t again.
