Cant Access "Yahoo E-mail" assocaited with AT&T
3rd day of no E-mail. I have called (7) times and on the (6th) time i was finally told, that there is an issue in relation to Yahoo and AT&T. I have spent at least 3hrs of my time trying to find out what is going on. Every time I had called i had gotten a different answer not to mention the "PAIN STAKING" pre recordings. This isn’t the first time i have had to go through this "PAIN STAKING" process of the customer trying to find out what the issue is. Really frustrating and i feel sorry for all the folks who use AT&T for an Internet/E-mail provider for their business. Whoever i am in error i get a fee charged and or disconnected then have to pay a re-instate fee on top of that. What will AT&T do for their customers you would think the same but that won’t happen. So............... After and whoever this issue gets fixed. I will be disconnecting all services from this company because it is just a matter of time before i will have to endure another "Pain Staking" Episode. I am shocked that this site is working at the moment and that i dont have to speak with any computer!
