mine was down frmom Sunday to Friday. I called att and it was fixed within 5 minutes. You can try fixing yourself, but it was easier to just have att reset my password. The agent had me go to att.com and enter the temporary password they created. Once I did so, then I changed the password after logged in with temporary password. Then log off and go to att.net and sign in with new password. Make sure to update password on your phone.
