Chase.com not accessable...called CS no specific time give for it to be up

After several attempts at accessing online site I called customer service and they verified that the site is experiencing issues but did not give definate time for it to be resolved. The cs rep just kept saying :we appreciate your business and the site will be operational within a couple of hours" lip service..... not happy
