No access on app or desktop

Desktop won't let me proceed to site due to "security certificate issues," and the app only loaded approximately 20 pins on my feed. It will not refresh. If you click on a pin, it will not connect to the source page. If I try to search for a term, it tells me no pins exist. If I try to access my own boards, it will not load.
