3-11-16 ... I just now solved my BBT problem of being blocked when I tried to go to bbt.com. I've been blocked for 5 days. All I did was turn off my internet modem, wait a few minutes and turned it back on. IT WORKED! I saw someone else's post that suggested doing this and so I did.
The message I had been getting was:
