I cannot get to my online account. Whenever I type in BBT.com I have for 5 days now got this message
that I'm cutting and pasting here:

So after support told me to run a security scan (which I do daily anyhow) and they wanted a photo showing it said no viruses, I did just that and emailed it to the BBT representative. I'm still denied access to my own online bank account and I have done absolutely nothing wrong to cause this. From what I'm reading on the web, hackers did this in the past and I can only assume hackers are doing this again. I would like to know which banks in my area, Eastern NC USA are the most secure so I can change banks.
