Two days ago I tried to sign in to may Home Banking Account. Obvious problem. Screen was a mess. Tiny font overlayed images. I tried 2 more times. Same result. I called BofA help. After discussion I tried signing in using IE. Had to type in long user name and password character by character. Screen said it could not process info. Suddenly I got the message "answer challenge question". I answered challenge question correctly. Message said "can't process your request". Then my account information suddenly appeared. I signed out. The BofA person could not help me. BofA is the only site giving me trouble. There was a problem with Firefox and with IE on my PC. Don't see how anyone could trust using the site. My friend had same kind of problem using his MAC.Same thing happen today Nov, 29 2015.
