These b*st*rds are deliberately giving you a virus that you can't remove! It hijacks your email and customer service and then they refer you to Norton were your only recourse is to PAY for virus removal... a virus which we shouldn't have in the first place, since we already PAY for Norton in the cost of the Comcast service! and shouldn't be having to pay more! I told Norton that if the virus was not removed I was going to report them and Comcast to the FCC! 10 minutes later...the virus was mysteriously GONE! But now, it's back again when I tried to log on to check email or pay bill...Warning, if you did successfully log on to your email ...you'd better change the password!
