Hello, did you get it to work yet?  I've been getting the same message for over 2 weeks and have talked to the reps 3 times with interjection from their "@askTarget" twitter feed.  They say, and can't give any time frame, that because of this new chip they are putting into their cards the payment site is not accessible.  My account is closed and I'm trying to pay off my final balance.  I haven't gotten paper statements in years and I never felt it necessary to right the account # down always relying on the site (that will never happen again).  I had a very lively discussion with a rep yesterday who finally agreed to send my last statement to me so I will get that magic #.  This all took about a week and a half to sort out.  Now, a few times a day I try and log in hoping that I might get into my account, get this number even before it arrives in the mail and pay off my balance before anymore interest is acquired.  LESSON LEARNED - I am very very very surprised that a company as large and successful as Target would have such struggle getting their site in order when all the others I deal with didn't bat an eye when they upgraded their systems.  God speed Target!

ps as of this message I still cannot get into my account - tried 2 different newest versions browsers on 3 computers (one brand new no cookies etc), and a smart phone
