I spoke with a representative who said they are doing an upgrade but clearly they are down, for maintenance is usually during nighttime on weekends. When I told her that, she did not deny that they are just down and apparently have been for quite some time. Why does that news not get out and is made public? Chase has had quite a few system problems in the last year.
