Can't log in

Click and ship will not let me log in. I requested a temporary password to reset - which was sent to me but the password will not work. Attempted several times. Going on 7 days. Sent an email last Friday (allow 3 days for a response!??) and gave up on the phone because wait time is over an hour.
Sorry USPS.. will be moving my business somewhere else since I am tired of "click and swear" I always said you were reliable, but this customer servce is horrible and apparently your staff at the branches need to wait over an hour in the same que for questions while they are trying to wait on customers. FedEx and UPS are currently looking very appealing.
