No. I am on day 5 of this problem. Tech support has said there is no timeline for fixing it. When do I consider changing banks?

FYI there is a work around that I got from tech support: If you click "Forgot my password" and go through the process of setting a new password you can get in. You can even enter the new password to be the same as the old.

BUT once you log out you will be stuck again. In other words, you need to go through the "forgot password" process every time you want to log in. I've only tried it on desktop but they said it would work on mobile as well.
