No email account lost Comcast Customer Service wants to make it our problem

Comcast won't admit that email is down.  Once finally through to customer service, their questions intimated that WE had done something.  When are they going to confess?  When are they going to tell anyone what the REAL story is?

 

Will I get a rebate on my bill this month for 2 days without emai and total loss of email account?????
