Online Banking does not allow login

After entering 'User Name' and 'Password', the then click on the 'Sign In' button does not appear to have any effect, the website remains the same, does not advance. Ads and banners continiously run smoothly.
The site was accessed, like always, from a advanced computer system, meaning no ugly Windows, Internet Explorer, cache, temporary files and all that.
Clearly a website issue. Given them time, I am sure they know and will fix it soon.
