That is funny because the people at Chase wanted to blame it on Chrome so we also tried it on internet explorer with the same result. Then they asked if I had Mozilla firefox which I didn't have on the computer I was using when I called them. But at home I have Firefox and just tried it. Firefox won't even connect to Chase.com and I get this message -

Cannot communicate securely with peer: no common encryption algorithm(s).
(Error code: ssl_error_no_cypher_overlap)
