CANNOT CHECK OUT

I click on the last step "Review my order" and the page goes to a blank white page with a circle. I tried several times. This also happened 2 weeks ago. On that occasion I finally gave up and ordered from Office Depot instead. That website worked. Today, I eventually gave up and called to place the order on the phone. The rep couldn't get his computer to access the account. He suggested I delete browser history, cookies, etc. I did all that and at 5:28 pm the site is still not working.
