Almost every time I try to log into my Citicard account, I get an "unavailable" message. I thought it was just over the weekends, but it's 8:30 a.m. on a weekday and I still can't get in. What's the point of even offering information online? It looks from this thread as if many, many other people are having the same issue. I don't want to make a phone cal every time I want to check my balance!
