After 36 hours, USPS (India) called back. I was getting error"Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation"This is fixed by closing the program, right clicking on the Icon and choosing properties.then choose compatibility and check the box, run as Administrator. Click OK and restart the program.Good Luck! reply
