i just called them and the website is under maintenance

I can't log on to my credit card account (it says "information not available") and the CS rep told me that they took the website down for maintenance. I asked why on earth they would do maintenance in the middle of a business day, and she didn't know.
It should be back up "in a few hours" she said.
