Home feed won't refresh

I've had several problems with Pinterest lately. Today the home feed will not refresh! Another issue ~ when repositioning boards, I've had entire groups of boards to move to the bottom of my page. It was such a mess that I actually deleted a bunch of boards to get them out of my way!
