Not only that, but their Your Account page doesn't load properly, so if some seller sends you the wrong stuff, you can't complain. You can't even contact amazon.com thru their contact us page, because again it won't load. Just sits there and sticks its tongue out at you. Conclusion: amazon.com is deteriorating into unusability. Time to find another site that is on the ball.
