My credit card with the BOA has disappeared from my online banking. I noticed this last Friday and have been checking everyday since, but with no resolution. I've called BOA everyday and whilst they are stating that it's a known issue, there is no resolution timeframe at this stage.

 

I can't review my cc account, but they can see my details. There is no notiification when I log in that there is an error, nor will BOA send out a message to advise once it has been fixed.

 

Very, very disapointed with how this is being handled.
