xfinity webpage & email become unresponsive

for approximately a week now, xfinity webpage and my xfinity connect email become unresponsive.

i can initially get to the email, but within a minute or two, it becomes unresponsive.

I have had this happen to me on both my home laptop, and my separate work laptop.

i have tried shutting down & restarting both laptops, but it still keeps happening
