Unable to sign into email

Just started getting a notification on my phone saying "Unable to sign into account server password has changed. Enter the new password" So I do and it keeps popping up. I know its the right username and password because I went to the xfinity website to sign in with that username and password and it signs in, but even on the website when I try to access my email it just opens up the same page I'm on. Not even able to access my mail from there either.
