unable to access my comcast account

Unable to verify account because the password and user name don't match.  This has happened several times and I have to rename the password through email.  Now, I can't  even rename password because Comcast is not emailing the line to create new password.  I have tried three times and Comcast is not emailing the link to do that.  What is going on?  3/2/2017
