Had an "online chat" with Comcast - claimed techicians were "improving service" and that was interfering with voicemail access. Gave me a one-day credit of $5, which isn't even one day's worth. HORRENDOUS "new and improved" site. Gave me a "ticket number" and told me, "You can expect that our partner technicians will work on this the soonest time possible and will give you a callback within 24-72 hours to provide you with an update." 47 hours now with no call back.
