Not receiving all my emails

This has been going on for three weeks now.  After numerous chats and phone calls I still am not recieving all my emails.  Frustrating first off to talk to people you can hardly understand, second off to have them all try the same stuff over and over.  Obviously it is a bigger problem then my personal settings Comcast!
