guide and dvr issues

Constant error RDK-03033 when trying to FF, Rewind or exit out of DVR. Taking forever to watch one sho. Can't scroll in Guide and then can't exit once you get in. So tired of these issues. atech came out yesterday and did nothing but put new ends on the cables and called it fixed. Issue resumed 30 mimutes after he left. This has been going on for over a week now
