Email stopped working for send and receive or even view since Monday2/13 at 7:39pm central time. I cannot get to it on my iPhone or view their website.
Online email says:"Error An error occurred inside the server which prevented it from fulfilling the request."
On iPhone it says The mail server "impas.comcast.net" is not responding.".
Emails sent to comcast email address is undeliverable and an undeliverable email comes back that says this:

I've called comcast multiple times and explain the situation and tell them I already called and they just create another ticket and say advanced tech support will call. They call hours later and and they just do the same thing as all the others which is reset the account and try again.
Comcast is too big to actually help people. The left hand does not know what the right hand is doing. My only hope is all the other people that have the same problem. Misery likes company!
