Comcast email still not available after Comcast claimed fixed

I'm logged into Comcast just fine using iPhone 6s and Safari browser, but email option just waits forever. Mid-afternoon today, I got a text message from Comcast that server problems had been fixed, but I still cannot get to my email.  I even turned the phone totally off and restarted, to no avail.
