can't access Comcast e-mail through Google Chrome or Explorer

When I enter my user name and password, I get an error message: HTTP Status 500 Request processing failed; nested exception is java.lang.NullPoint Exception I noticed that many other customers have filed similar complaints for today and yesterday.  Can you fix the problem?
